Thermostat at hallway end past WC controls the main house. The other is in
and controls the master
suite.
Services and amenities:
Cellphone, WIFI, cable TV, VCR & DVD.
Landscape and entrance hall lights come on around sunset and turn off around
11:15 PM.
Sprinklers may come on in morning.
Ask us for the garage door keypad entry Code. There's also a remote in the jeep and a
pushbutton to your left on the wall when entering from the house.
Beach chairs are in the garage.
Trash and Recycling Please take the trash and recyclables to the big
trash can and small blue recycling container on the ground outside of the TV
room front door. NOTE* Trash is collected weekly. Recycling is not. Please
take it across the street behind the west fire station. See
map.
Linens
Master suite
(upstairs)
Bed linens -- as you enter the room, there are cabinets with drawers on your
right; linens are in cabinet/drawers to the far right. Towels/cloths -- as
you enter the bathroom, they are under the sink in the cabinets with drawers to your immediate
right.
First floor suite, bath
Bed linens -- as you enter the bedroom, closet with double doors are to your
right; linens are on center shelf at shoulder height.
Towels/cloths in wicker basket in bathroom and in closet to left of
bathroom door.
First floor front bedroom --
Bed linens -- in closet with double doors on center shelf at shoulder
height.
Towels/cloths -- all white (for use in hall bathroom and as extras wherever
needed) and some for beach -- in single door closet.
First floor hall bathroom -- Towels/cloths in cubby; to be resupplied from closet in front
bedroom.
