Milestones. 5/12. HVAC brought to life in house. 5/13. HVAC added
to garage.
Electric is roughed-in. 20 recessed light cans installed.
5/25. Windows and sliding deck door installed. Island under
construction, kitchen cabinetry approved.
5/28. Front gable completed except for painting. New siding done.
6/14. A/V wiring in, LV LED lighting wiring in, new roof installed.
6/16. Passed gas, LV - low voltage wiring and electric rough-in inspections.
6/17. Passed framing inspection. Turned on main house HVAC
zone permanently.
First tankless gas water heater installed.
6/18. 250 gallon propane tank installed. West driveway sensor
installed.
6/19. Wall insulation installed and inspected.
6/22. Inverted tray V-groove ceilings, dining and kitchen.
Custom front door and sidelights installed.
6/27. Drywall installed.
6/30. Non-hurricane resistant doors, windows and skylights covered
with 3M safety film inside.
Great room fire line roughed in.
7/15. Floor is in, kitchen and bar cabinets
mostly in. Theater equipment framing is underway as is coffered
ceiling.
7/23. Laundry tiled, Theater equipment / fireplace cabinetry done
except for stone work, kitchen island in place. Coffered ceiling
done.
7/26. 4 month anniversary of project!
7/27. Floor sanded, finished.
8/2. Granite counter tops and sinks installed.
8/4. Plumbing fixtures installed. Painting/finishing begun; was
told approximately 3 weeks for this phase. Completion is in sight.
8/16. A/V - fireplace and kitchen cabinetry almost done. The former
is ready for granite fireplace facing and mantle.
8/23. Paint priming done. Much sanding to go, then 2 coats of
paint.
8/26. 5 month anniversary of project.
8/30. First oil coat on trim and ceilings. Amazing beauty! Can't
photo yet. Eyes sting after 10 seconds in there. |
